- Once the chocolate pcs start melting add warm milk for appropriate consistency
- In about the 5 -7 mins the sauce will be ready. Remove it from flame and allow it to cool completely.
- Now start dipping the buns in this sauce. Coat it well from all sides
- Coat all the buns similarly and set in the fridge for 15 mins.
- Now to make sugar syrup, add sugar in a hot pan. Stir it. Add water.
- Allow it to come to a boil.In few minutes a thick consistency sugar syrup will be ready
- Switch off the flame. Add mixed fruits to this sugar syrup.mix well
- Add almond flakes and mix it well too.
- Remove the choc buns from the fridge. Place a spoonful of fruit mixture in the centre. Squeeze out excess water from the fruit mixture before placing it. Dab it well
- Garnish it with cherry. You may further chill it or seve immediately
Flatten each piece into a round shape and spread them out onto the baking trays. Make a dent in each bun (either with a cutter or with a knife) and fill each with your chosen jam. Transfer each onto a cooling rack and leave them to cool before serving them. Tip The buns should increase to one and a half to two times their original size. If desired, just before baking, butter the back of a spoon and press down on the center of the buns.
