- In a bowl,put suji,besan,salt,curd,turmeric,oil,sugar,a and mix the water and make a smooth batter and keep it for 6 hours
- 1 large glass water in steamer and heat it over medium flame,grease the cake tray with oil and add 1 pouch Eno in batter
- Mix well until it start to bubble on surface,then immediately into a greased tray until it's half capacity and place in steamer,steam it for 10 to 15 minutes for high flame
- After 15 minutes insert knife in it and check if it come out clean,take out tray from steamer and let it cool 2 minutes,cut in to small squares
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small pan for tempering,add mustard and cumin seeds in it,when they begin to crackle,add Curry leaves and turn off the flame
- Pour tempering over dhoklas and garnish them with chopped coriander,& grated coconut
