- Prepare the Chana Ras: blend flour, 1 boiled potato, green chillies, turmeric, salt n lemon in 2-3 glasses of water, kip on boil stirring now n den not to let lumps form as it boil add chana with its water n potatoes cook for another 10 mins n remuv from flame..
Prepare Daal Bhhajia:…. blend all except salt, methhi n bhhaji, should not put much water… just like we blend for vadas… Cause you will use palms to shape the bhajia and put in oil for deep frying, til golden brown color
- Prepare mini Bateta Vadas: Boil n mash potatoes, mix all ingredients together n make small balls
