Shape and cut into equal pieces of the dough, mould the pieces into round shapes and transfer into a greased pan or non stick pan. Create enough spacing between the buns. Preheat oven @ 185deg C. Cover the pan with cling wrap and allow a second rise for about 30 min to 45 min.
- After the second rise has taken place, dust the egg wash on your buns and transfer into oven for 13 to 15min.
- Once your buns are ready, take out and let cool. Provide enough and different types of garnish for your kids to play around and feel in control of what they are putting on. The Kiddies love the options
