- Add tomato purée and cook till oil leaves sides of pan.
- If you want thick gravy you can add 1/4 cup of chick purée(optional) but I added. mix well
- Now add boiled chick peas mix well and add 1/4 cup of water and salt, mix well
- Simmer and cook covered for 10 minutes. After that add chopped coriander leaves and Garam Masala mix well and off the flame.
- Transfer in to a serving bow and serve with rice or naan.
