- Take Green chilli, green coriander leaves and Julien cut ginger

Steps to make Ghost Bathinde Wala:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add red chilli whole,bay leaves and oinon and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add mutton and cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and Desi Ghee.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add yoghurt, tomato puree, green cardamom powder, Mace powder, black cardamom powder and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add water as required and simmer until properly cooked.
- Add Garam Masala Powder and stir well.
- Garnish the green chilli, green coriander leaves and ginger.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
