- Marinate qeema with above onion paste, ginger garlic paste,papaya paste and bihari masala
- Marinate atleast 1 hour for good result
- Now take a pan put oil in it and add marinated qeema in it
- Mix well and cover with lid on low flame
- After some time check and if water needed than add little amount of it
- Again cover with lid and cook till oil sepeartes
- Than make a coal burn put on foil bowl middle on qeema than put 1 drop of oil in it cover it
- After 2 minutes remove coal and garnish with julian ginger and coriander leaves
