- Prepare 1 tbls Sweet Chilli

- Heat up and melt the butter then add the onions after frying for 2 minutes then add the garlic.
- Add the stock then the tomatoes mix in then add the kidney beans bring back to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes stirring frequently. At the end add a little Sweet chilli sauce. And if you like chilli hot add a 1/4 Of a red chilli chopped and mixed in.
- Boil the 1/4 cup water and add the beef stock to it and stir to disslove. Add the chilli powder to the onions add the beef and stir fry until all the beef is coloured.
- Boil the rice ready. Serve chilli on a bed of rice.
