- Chop onion, tomatoes, garlic,ginger and make a fine paste of it
- Heat oil in a pan, add Cumin, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf
- After few seconds add cumin powder, turmeric, red chill powder and dry fenugreek leaves fry for a minute
- Add onion, tomato paste to it, fry it for 8 to 10 minutes till oil separates, then add shallow fried cauliflower florets
- Add water cook it till cauliflower become soft and eat with multi grain tortilla wrap with onion cucumber salad π₯
