- Fry all the spices for 2-3 minutes and then all onion & tomatoes paste.
- Fry the paste till it starts leaving the oil from side.
- Add the cashew nut paste, a pinch of Garam masala and 1-1/2 cup water
- Then add the pieces of paneer and matar in the gravy and cook for about 7-8 minutes till the first boil.
