- Day 2. - Step 1: - The white Cream has fermented and turned a soft Curd. - Put it in the fridge to harden for a few hours. - It's easy to separate the curd from the water once it has hardened.
- Step 2. Scoop the curd out and put it into another container.Keep it warm to ferment for another night. - - Sun Dry for few hours depending with the temperature.
- Step 3. The Oil has separated from the Curd. - Carefully Scoop the oil and strain it through clean Chiffon cloth and pour the rest of the Curd into strain out as much oil as possible. - Don't squeeze at this point.Let the oil from slowly. - - When the oil stops dripping, put it in the fridge to solidify and separate from water. - Use Curd as Cream Cheese if you like.
