- Using a slotted spoon, turn them over fry for about 3 minutes , take out and drain.
- Makes between 20-24. In between adding the fritters, scoop out all the bits after you have done about 4, and that will bring it back to the right heat, leave a minute between each batch.
- Serve with a nice sweet salad
