- If you don’t eat garlic you can add panch foran masala/ achari masala in the falafel mixture with other ingredients
- Take some mixture bind it together and make a hole it it and fill it with cheese and press it well just make sure it doesn’t come out from sides
- Heat oil in pan on medium heat and fry the falafel that you have made
- Serve it with some interesting dip and enjoy this amazing dish
