- Move the ribs to the side then add garlic n black beans with little oil and fry them for 1 min.
- Add 1 cap full of chinese wine into the pan and mix well. (any brand with these caption is ok the wine has this brownish colour) "紹興酒" "花雕酒"
- Change to High heat and throw all onions and green pepper and keep stirring with the spatula for 1 min. Taste it. if bland add little dark soya sauce as desired and stir well. Done!
