- (Sweet potato cream) Put steamed Sweet potatoes in the bowl, crush it, add Melted butter and whipping cream and mix into smooth paste (can use blender or mixer).
- Place the Sweet potato cream on the tart and decorate with Pistachio or Almond flakes.
