- Now firstly grind suji in a mixer jar.. make a powder.. now in other mixer jar (big one) put all other ingredients like ghee, milk, sugar and blend it till it becomes smooth and frothy..
- Now take a big bowl and mix dry ingredients like suji, baking powder and baking soda and a pinch of salt. Now add the blended mix to the bowl and mix properly.. lastly add vanilla essence and chopped almonds to the mixture..
- Now take a big cooker and put some salt to the base of it.. and place a stand and heat the cooker for 10 minutes without gaskit and whistle.. and after ten minutes put the bowl of cake mixture into that.. bake the cake for 40 minutes on low heat and after 40 minutes take a toothpick insert into the cake and check whether it is coming clean or not.. if clean then take out the cake from the cooker… If not then bake for some more time..
- Now take out the cake put the rabdi on the top when the cake was warm.. and decorate the cake with almond slivers.. and my daughter loves gems so for her I add them also..
