- Chapatis ready for cooking.
- On a flat surface, roll your chapatis each a at a time.
- Now place on a heated pan, turn both sides, when both sides turn color and cook, oil one side and turn, then the other and turn again. Store in a hot pot and when all are ready, fold into two and fold again. Others hit chapatis also.
- Ready! Serve with any meat or beans of your choice. Can even be plainly taken with tea. Enjoy!
