- Firstly take a mixer and powdered separately chidwa, chana, til, badam
- Now grated coconut and gud and keep aside
- Now take a heavy based pan and dry roast wheat bran, chidwa,til, chana, Coconut separately.
- When aroma is out and looking little yellow than mix all the things except gud.
- When mixture is completely cool than add grated gud
- Panjiri is ready to eat
