- Add horlicks in batches. Then Srikaya/kaya/coconut jam. Mix well.
- Add milk powder in batches using the lowest speed of your mixer. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into Lined 9” square cake pan with parchment paper (I used round cake pan). Cover cake pan with aluminum foil. Steam for 2 hours or until cooked - or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
