Steps to make Paan Bahar Cake:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree c on conventional mode.
- Take one bowl take the condensed milk and add butter mix it.
- In another bowl to sieve maida baking soda and baking powder.
- Now this thing add in methai made and butter.
- Mix it gently add paan essence.
- Add milk to adjust consistency.
- Pour it in the greased cake tin.
- Bake cake in convection mode for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool cake and cut it horizontally into layers.
- Now take fresh cream whippd it with the help of better.
- When you see cream is stiff so cream is ready for icing.
- Put it in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Apply this sugar syrup on cake layer.
- Take one layer of cake apply whipped cream place the another layer and cover it with cream on the top side.
- Method For Gel :- - Dissolve gelatin in the water for 2 minutes.
- Place in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
- In another pan add corn syrup heat it on on low flame.
- When corn syrup is hot add this on gelatin mixture.
- Mix it well.gel is ready.
- Take bowl. Add gel and green colour. Mix it well.
- Now pour gel in piping begs.
- Pour on cake.
- Now decorate cake with paan pattel, mukhwas, cherry,gulkand and rose pattel.
- Make a design with help of nozel.
- Keep it in freeze.
