- Now add the sprouts and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then open the lid. On a medium high heat, stir fry it for the next 5 minutes.
- The sprouts should be firm and not mushy and there should not be any raw smell either. Sprinkle chaat masala and add salt according to taste.
- Squeeze some lemon juice as desired nearly about a tablespoon or more and mix well.
- Serve hot immediately for a crunchy, lipsmacking and a wholesome snack.
