- Wash urad daal, poha & methi dana separately & soak together in a bowl for 5 hrs
- Wash brown rice nicely & soak separately for 5 hrs

- After 5 hrs drain water from daal poha & methi dana & grind to fine paste
- Same with brown rice
- Now mix both the batter ; keep in a vessel, add salt & cover with lid
- Keep 8-10 hrs for fermentation

- Next day grease Idli mound with ghee / oil & steam Idli go 10 min in Idli cooker
- Serve idly with Sambhar & choice of your chutney like Mint Chutney, Coconut 🥥 Chutney & Tomato 🍅 Chutney
