- Heat milk in a pan and bring it up to a boil.add leftover ghee mawa stir continuously till becomes thick.
- Add sugar,stir until sugar melts,add milk power and stir continue,add cardamom powder and mix well until mixture leaves the sides of pan.
- Switch off the flame and pour the mixture into greased tray to set.
- After set completely cut it it into pieces.
- Note- if u see that the mixture doesn't look dry so u can add 1-2 tbsp of roasted besan to the mixture at the end.
