- Prepare 1 tsb Corn flour
To save time, you can use Waitrose Ready-Made Mulled Wine and omit the mulled wine sachet and add extra sugar only if desired. There are many mulled wine recipes. - Strain the juice from the fruit & place it back on the stove, mix the corn flour with a little water & add to the poaching liquor, you should end up with a liquid that's not too thick but isn't watery. Add back into the fruit mix with the passion fruit.
- Place the fruit mix in your desired serving bowl, sprinkle liberally with the honey nut mix. Place in the oven for 3 minutes. Serve with creme fraiche & honeycomb on top (optional)
